Hey, I am Jodie.

I’m a mum of two little ones, living in South East London with my husband. Life is busy, but when I can, I enjoy Pilates, yoga, and a well-earned glass of wine!

My favourite place in the world is Portugal - I’ve visited every year for the past 18 years to little town called Falésia (which was voted the best in beach in the world). Mark and I also got married here in 2019!

In January 2025, I took the leap and left my role as Senior Proposition Manager of Events & Experiences at John Lewis. I now want to use my 13 years experience and insider knowledge of working in one of UK’s best loved brands to help your brand grow and succeed!

    I have managed and traded multi-product categories, building sustainable and high quality ranges that John Lewis are known for across womenswear, menswear and accessories. One of my biggest wins was accelerating the growth of Loungewear and Nightwear ranges throughout lock-down. On-boarding and growing key brands, whilst extending John Lewis & Partners own brand ranges to maximise profit.

    Propositional development & Project Management

    Project managed the launch of The Beauty Society in 4 John Lewis & Partners stores and virtually online. Leading propositional development, team management and training, to develop the go-to place for John Lewis impartial advice, tips & inspiration on all things beauty, delivering departmental growth for trial stores.

    Customer Experience

    Over the last few years I stepped into the word of marketing, managing large scale projects including Christmas events & experiences. I oversaw the overall look & feel, customer journey and execution, ensuring a magical experience for thousands of families. I collaborated cross-functionally with multiple internal teams & external agencies to ensure a seamless omni-channel experience. A special moment for me was seeing my own son visit Santa and his Elves at John Lewis Peter Jones.
